Art 1. Money is either
intrinsically or vicariously
valuable.
Expositive
Art. 1. Money is either intrinsically and conventionally valuable
or vicariously instrumentally and conventionally valuable.
Art. 2. Vicariously valuable
becomes equivalent to
intrinsically valuable
by being habitually exchangeable
for it.
Art. Of intrinsically val That which is intrinstically
valuable consists in promises to so pay delivers to the
bearer money that is intrinsically valuable. But in so
far as by habitual habit and confidence of obtaining in exchange
for it money which is intrinsically valuable, property intrinsically
valuable comes to be obtainable in exchange for
and that what is only vicariously arises valuable, that which is but
veraciously valuable acquires a value either exactly
equal to or a greater or less degree falling short
of or exceeding that intrinsically valuable money of which
it contains a promise.
