Considerenda for third — 1. on each occasion 1. Are not these the very arrangements taken as
procedure as far as its price extends? 2. Are not the established
arrangements directly opposite? 3. This not the sinister interest
for its causes?
The present little work goes no further
than the endeavour to give a general, though
sufficiently characteristic and expressive view
of the leading features of the system of Judicial
Procedure, prescribed by the leading Principles
of a the Constitutional Code with which it is connected.
Complete it could not have been nor
could be rendered, nor any thing approaching
to completeness, while any other means than that
of having it's tenor moulded upon the tenor of
the substantive Codes — non-penal and penal, to
which it will have for its' object, the giving execution
and effect.
