Suits
1 simply requisitive
2 inculpative
3 criminative

Art 8 An assumption included in Art. is
that in and by every suit as has a ser desired as much
of a certain service at the hands of the Judge. That
it is so will be seen when the time comes for the explanation
of the several sorts of suits, actual and possible or demands
capable of being made services capable of being demanded
at the hands of the Judge in and by the several
corresponding sorts of suits such as the operation of giving execution
and effect to the law required to be made in the several
corresponding cases. These suits are 1. The simply
requisitive [and not inculpative] 2. the incuplative or
not but not penal nor accordingly
criminative. 3. the penal and thence criminative
suit purely public on an account purely public
to the penal and thence criminative suit publico-private
on a publico-private account. As to
