make a relation to the Chamber of all the Resolutions
registered in the book, appointed by article 125, and
it shall be decided which of them it is expedient to
insert in the Regulation, which shall be in such
case revised, and corrected if needed.
127. No disposition of the Regulation can be altered by
a Resolution an immediate Resolution but unless by a projectd in the
form prescribed by Title V.
128. Every member of the Chamber shall have a printed copy
of this Regulation.
