of the 13th of the same reign c.8 1-5 to the same purpose:-
the 1st. of these Acts recites the 2d verbatim, all but to the Preamble,
and this 2d Act recites a prior Act (which itself was made
to explain & amend a 4th. 1 Sta. St. 2.c.18) also verbatim,—
all but to the Preamble.— The Recital in the 2d Act takes up half, that in the
1st. 1 1/2 of Ruffhead's prodigious pages.
