were be itself a corporal one, if it have a corporal one
ultimately to back it. As if a man were to threaten to destroy
certain goods of your's unless you will give him money,
and at the same time were to threaten you
with corporal injury in case of your attempting
to prevent the destruction of his destroying your goods. See Tit [Extortion]

2 Rest-breaking Where the offence is committed in order to committ the offence advas

Where in order to deprive the party injured
of the power of defending himself or calling
in assistance advantage is taken of the night or
other time of rest.

Extra-punishment

Characteristic penance Afflictively ignominious punishment on the bed of thorns. This at all events. He broke
his neighbour's rest: therefore shall his own be broken. To p. 6. No 2.
