Of criminal Waste or Devastation. Destruction or Endamagement

Punishment

1 If any one commit criminals to Devastation
his punishment shall be as follows:
He may be made to suffer ignominious
1. Characteristic penance. This at option: more or less public. at discretion.

2. In other respects he shall be punished as for
Theft. except that the conforcement to hard labour But the hard labour may be changed into imprisonment: Quasi-imprisonment, or banishment.
