Instruction to the Judge.

Let the sentence be for a term of any length
at the discretion of the Judge, determinable upon
the event of the offender's causing the same tree
to grow in the same plight or another tree of
the same sort and of equal size in the same
place: and let this term be longer or shorter
according to the number of trees. To p. 7.
