<p>Incendiarism is where [without lawful<lb/>
cause] a man is concerned in kindling Fire,<lb/>
intending thereby to endanger the life or damage<lb/>

having no right <hi rend='superscript'>(A)</hi> so to do, and knowing that he hath<lb/>

Of Incendiarism.

Incendiarism is where [without lawful
cause] a man is concerned in kindling Fire,
intending thereby to endanger the life or damage
