1 C Misbehaviour of Trustees. Breach of Trust

Misbehaviour in a Trustee Breach of Trust is where
a person having received a trust to execute being entrusted to do any thing for
the benefit of another party person fails to promote
in any respect in which he was bound, the ends design of the institution.

either of these causes: incapacity, indolence,
or in corruption: if from incapacity it is mischievous
