of refusal. Sympathy, cemented fortified strengthened
by consanguinity, affinity or compassion, commonly
enough provides persons who are willing content, without
any pecuniary profit to take upon them
the exercise of those laborious trusts. But the
Law which whose office business it is to provide against
the worst contingencies, and combat the most
perverse dispositions, can not trust to the uncertain
operation of such variable causes. It
