The one is, False Accusation or causeless suit
in a Court of Justice, when conducted or projected?
by more than one.

short of Attempt, is Preparation, called in the old language of Law imagination. The other is, the conducting or x of an
enterprise to another's prejudice also by
more than one, without any relation to any
Court of Justice. as of a Trader to injure a
rival Trader.

The true mark in this case which serious or might seem to distinguishes
a conspiracy wrongful from a lawful competition, seems
to be - a man's x his own ?taking his own advantage, not directly
by an action? of benefit to himself, but
indirectly, by a ?working of detriment to his rival:
