Simple Personal Injuries

Aggravations, how many
Aggravations in simple personal injuries are may
ha result from
1. The person injured
2. The time manner
3. The manner time
4. The place
5. The cause

Aggravations respecting the person of the party injured
Aggravations respecting the person may result
from the circumstances of
1. Age
2. Sex
3. Natural domestic relatinship
4. Civil domestic relationship
5. Civil domestic office.

If the inj offender is considerably younger than Where there are 20 years between the offender and
the party injured on a personal injury done to a
person advanced in age shall be punished the more
severely when the party injured is advanced in
years.

Where the offender is a male,a personal
injury shall be punished the more severely if
the party injured be a female. In such case to histhe other
punishment may be added the following:

1. he may be set in Court or in public on the
stool of repentance with his hands tied behind him, a womans cap on his head, and an inscription declaring his offence
It shall be more penal to do a personal injury to ones Father Mother or other progenitor
or progenitrix than or to ones Uncle or Aunt though
father or Mother Grandfather or Grandmother or any remoter progenitor or progenitrix
than to any other an ordinary person. In such case to his other
punishments may be added the following:
he may be set in Court or in public on the stool
of repentence - with his hands tied behind him, and an inscription
declaring his offence. -
