Suit, or Information ; wherein no Essoin, Protection,<lb/>
or Wager of Law, or more than One Imparlance, shall<lb/>
be allowed ; and such Person so sued or prosecuted shall<lb/>
prove that he is qualified as above, or otherwise shall<lb/>
pay the said Sum of fifty Pounds, without any other<lb/>
Proof or Evidence on the Part of the Plaintiff or Prosecutor,<lb/>
