I suppose the reason why Flank and or Side Wall
is inserted along with Party Wall is, to
provide for the case where new Buildings
may be built erected to join old ones which have the Flank
w Walls of which not being built after the
manner here described appointed for Party Walls
may be thought not to come under the that latter
denomination
