6.4

interval: but in the mean time any pecuniary or chronical punishment
may be inflicted on him, and he shall be liable

of imposition. —
Exemption III on Infancy
1.
Infant under 15 how exempted.
An infant under the age of [Fifteen] Years is exempted
from every irreparable bodily punishment; and
in the room thereof the Judge may substitute any kind
of bodily punishment that is not irreparable. He
may also reduce of any chronical punishment from a
perpetual to a temporal temporary punishment of the same
kind.
