oiled tied in two
places with waxed
thread for it
to bite upon-
viz. the Neck of
the cover made
a little thicker
than at present
and roughened
with emery for
the thread to bite
upon and to the
body which for
that purpose shd
have a groove or
lip imbossed upon
it. —

The knob of the
cover might go
through in such
manner as to
form an internal
neck to screw serve
to hang the subjict
upon.—
