Husbanding

In the Frigidarium
none of the Inspectors
time to be consumed
in deliberation.

An exact graphical
plan of
the Frigidarium
with the packages
contained in it
to be prepared
in the first instance
and all changes
to be marked upon
the plan as soon
as made in the
Frigidarium.

Time of the Ice.
Not more than
one Inspector at a
time, but in case
of necessity

the 24 Hours; and
that as short as
possible:- say 20
minutes.
