1000 Amendment 2000 Convicts or Prisoners in the manner hereinbefore mentioned, and after such
notice thereof shall have been given as aforesaid; the beforementioned payments or
allowances, amounting together to the said Sum of £31,000, Blank being intended
to include all the Charges attending the Custody Maintenance and Employment
of y<hi rend='underline'>e</hi> said Original number of 1000d Convicts or Prisoners according to the Amendment - Omitt -
Tenor and purport of these presents for and during the first Year after the
Commencement of the said hereby intended Establishment. except only the
amount of the premiums to become due for or in respect of such Insurance as hereinafter
is mentioned: It is also agreed that the annual Sum of £12,000 Blank at the least
shall be paid as aforesaid as for 1000 Convicts or Prisoners at the rate of £12 Blank
for each Convict or Prisoner, whether there shall entirely be 1000 of such Convicts or
