<p>In the Preamble to Art. 1, in the room of the<lb/>
last paragraph or clause beginning thus "And Whereas<lb/>
"the said Lords Commissioners have accordingly fixed upon a<lb/>
"certain piece or parcel of ground for the purposes <lb/>
"of the said Act" insert as follows <note><del>+ N.B.</del></note><lb/></p>

by the Committee of the House of Commons on Finance in their 28th
Report dated 26th June 1798.

In the Preamble to Art. 1, in the room of the
last paragraph or clause beginning thus "And Whereas
"the said Lords Commissioners have accordingly fixed upon a
"certain piece or parcel of ground for the purposes
"of the said Act" insert as follows + N.B.

And whereas the said Lords Commissioners have accordingly
fixed upon a certain Piece or Parcel of ground
for the purposes of the said Act situate and being
in the vicinity of the River Thames at or near
to the Bank thereof place called Millbank in the Liberty of
Westminster and partly in the Parish of St Mar
in the several Parishes of St Margarets Westminster
St John's Westminster and St George's Hanover Square
in the County of Middlesex, which said Piece or Parcel
of Ground is composed of the several Lots or Pieces or Parcels
of Ground hereinafter particularized and described that
is to say

Lot A consisting of a Piece or Parcel of Land
late the estate of James Marquis of Salisbury, abut
bounded to the East by the River Capital Messuage
called Grosvenor House now in the occupation of the Right
Hounourable — — Grosvenor commonly called Lord
Viscount Belgrave with the Gardens and Field therewith
occupied; to the South by the River Thames, to the West
