Result not the removal

but the creation of a place.

In the than a year and half between the 14th
ending of Septr and that day, Feb 1802 out of 10 Convicts, recovered which /whom/

Appearance pale and half-starved; the
themselves (such as are interrogated) all agree in ascribing their condition

such was the violated? in economies—a principle so universally

as a pretence? The visit paid, the facts ascertained, report drawn
up the result is whispered to Ld Pelham. His
Lordship starts out of his sleep. What does he then?—Does
