<p>Of the said quantity of 112 Acres, 35 Acres are in a state of<lb/>absolute Waste: many Acres thereof being constantly covered with<lb/>Water, and requiring to be <hi rend="underline">drained</hi>, as well as the <hi rend="underline">whole</hi> thereof to<lb/>be <hi rend="underline">fenced</hi>.</p>
 
<p>Under the circumstances, Your Memorialist humbly <sic>sibmitts</sic>,<lb/>whether the said total number of 112 Acres, should the completion thereof<lb/>prove at <hi rend="underline">any</hi> time to be attainable, would be excessive.</p>

11 Mr. Bentham's Memorial --

Under the circumstances, Your Memorialist humbly sibmitts,
whether the said total number of 112 Acres, should the completion thereof
prove at any time to be attainable, would be excessive.
