Penitentiary Term or
preceding Service --
1. Whereas the Penitentiary Term of the said
A. P. doth this day expire —
[Or if this be not his first engagement here set
forth the several preceding engagements.]

Mutual consent --
2. And Whereas for the space of one year next
ensuing (tomorrow the being the first day
thereof) the said A. P. is willing on the terms
herein after mentioned to enter into the service of the
said Governor at the said Metasylum, and the
said Governor is willing to take him into the
same. —

II. Servant's undertakings.
