Mode of paying off Note Annuities
This could not be the same as that of paying off
Stock Annuities. The principal of Annuity Note
could not be paid off in parts, in halves, thirds, quarters
and so forth: it could under the interest of the remainder
fractional & the Tables unless for the daily
augmentation of value impracticable.
Money must be given for each Note:
a man would then be called to lay out the money in
the part of other notes at the reduced rate of interest
if he thought fit
