And whereas the said Waste has partlypart
thereofin the Pari said Parish of St Margaret
and partly in the said Parish of St John and
otherwhich is a perpetual Curacy the Rectory
thereof being Impropriate in the hands of

tithes being customarily paid thereto and partly
