Commissioners
Be it therefore enacted that for settling and adjusting the several
matters following in which the said four parishes
are interested viz: the said Dean &
Chapter, the said United Parishes, the said
Rector of the Parish of St Johns, and the said
Teoffee or Teoffees, it shall and may be lawful
to and for each of the said parties to
and they are hereby required to nominate and appoint four Commissioners
or Arbitrators each of them a Commissioner or an Arbitrator, that
is to say the said Dean and Chapter one
the said United Parishes, one, the said Rector
of St John's one, and the said Teoffee or
Teoffees, one, which said four Commissioners
or Arbitrators when appointed shall from time
to time meet and sit for the enquiring into
and settling the said matters and making
their award thereupon and for that purpose
are hereby empowered and requiredshall have power and are hereby
declared to have power to examine upon
Oath or solemn in the case of a Quaker on Affirmation as the case may [+] which said Oath

said Commissioners
are or at any
such meeting any
one of them is
hereby empowered to
administer

them capable and competent to give testimony )
in relation to any of the matters hereby

the production of all Paper Deeds, Papers writing,
