§ 25
Provision for
Exchanges

And it shall be further enacted that upon
special authority in writing, given by the
said Lord High Treasurer or Commissioners
of the Treasury of the Treasury, to such
Feoffee or Feoffees, it shall and may be lawful
to and for such Feoffee or Feoffees to
convey and assure any part or parts of any
such Land as shall by him or them have
been purchased for the purposes of this and
the said former Act (whether such Land
were in separate ownership, or in the state
of Waste Land Subject to rights of Common)
to any party or parties, who, on his or their
part shall be willing and able or thereby
or by the said former Act enabled to convey
and assign any other Land convenient for
the said purposes and whether such last
mentioned Land be subject to the powers
of compulsive purchase given as aforesaid
by the said former Act or act: the Costs
of every such conveyance so made by such
Feoffee or Feoffees to be borne by him or
them respectively
