§ 26
Limitation of
Actions—
General Issue
Treble Costs

And be it further enacted and declared
that the several provisions in the said
Act contained, touching the Limitation of
the time within which Actions shall commence,
the pleading of the General Issue
and the allowance of Treble Costs in
the case of Actions for things done in pursuance
of the said Act, shall extend to
Actions for things done in pursuance of
the present Act.
