§.2.p.7. Feoffees
to pay purchase-

Sect. 2 Feoffee to pay purchase - money into the Bank
giving notice to the Parties — Power to Feoffee to take possession of of all Lot A. parties when give have
written notice of their acceptance of the purc money

Sect. 2. Power to Feoffee to set a price upon the Land
