Bond from F. B G. in quality of Friendly Guardian,
in favour of A. P. W. Penitentiary Man
or Woman belonging to the General Panopticon
Penitentiary House to the Governor thereof
[or Metasylum Man or Woman, to the Governor
of the said Penitentiary House.] in pursuance of the Statute 34. Geo. 3. ch. §§.
1. Penal Clause.
Know all men that I F. G. of [Street Town
County & or Parish Nearest Town County][Occupation] in behalf
of A. W. Penitentiary Man or Woman or Metasylum
Man or Woman am bound to the extent of
one hundred Fifty Pounds to the Governor of the
General Panopticon Penitentiary House, with
to wit in the event of my failing in the performance
of any of the conditions undertakings, following: for
payment of which sum I also hereby bind my Heirs
and my Executors and or Administrators.
II. Recital.
1. Whereas the Penitentiary term of the said A. W. [or the
