Class III

Sinecures, of the emolument of which the quantum
is liable to be manifestly rises out of and rises and falls with the
pressure of some a great public calamity, which
by his influence it is thus the interest of the Sinecurist
to increase or pocket against decrease: -necurist for having at the same time
