since the last publication distinguished by their titles

happen to be instituted
in consequence of any
such proposals: also
in case of account of their failure
an account or successive failure: in case
of success, a view of the
advantages that may be
derived from them . I — and mottos together with the answers that have been
given to them.

2. The proposals themselves at length including the
rejected ones as well as those injectedadopted, provided they do not
exceed a certain length.

3. If Where a rejected proposal exceeds that length, let
let an abridgement of it be inserted in stead; to be drawn
