Portsmouth Docking

With respect to the number of ships to which
the new docks in addition to the already existing
ones shall be capable of giving reception at any timeof my plan
does not agree with that received the received plan except that in
mine the Docks and all the other, two
communicate one with the Double
Dock in mode of attended with
of which which I shal come to presently.

The number of the Docks does not only object of my plan the same
my object is being to the facility and
convenience of Docking without adding to the number
of the Docks Portsmouth being the greater port
for fitting out, disported is the material at
that place, and without adding increasing but on the contrary diminishing the expence.
