9 Besides manufactory for cutting & grinding the glasswork and a Pottery
10 for making the crucibles &c. People for preparing & spinning the

12 hemp for the 2 first fabricks. CSmiths Coppersmiths & other

workmen to make & repair all the Utensils.

Besides the directing the above establishments with a view to the increasing
as much as possible the profits to the Prince. I must continue
as much as can be to ease the workmen of the oppression they have of late
been subject to. I cannot possibly write to my father by this conveyance
