Riga, upon the Occasion mentioned in the foregoing Letter,

It is said "They travelled Post, all in Kibitkis, the only

winter Carriages used in Russia. There were Three of

the Col<hi rend="superscript">l's</hi>, One of the Prince's, (meaning Prince Dreshkoff's)
