<p>Dear Sir!</p>
<p>I have received your kind Letter, and forwarded<lb/>
your writings to your noble and worthy son,<lb/>
who is now in the Province of <sic>Sibiria</sic>, and is always<lb/>
indefatigable in making some new and interesting<lb/>
Discoveries to the Russian Empires! my present<lb/>
Illness presents me to describe his shining<lb/>
Character, which distinguishes him everywhere,<lb/>
and acquires rapidly new glory to your<lb/>
Name.</p>
<p>Pardon me, dear Sir, for my past Silence, and<lb/>
be <sic>asured</sic>, that I am ready to serve you on all<lb/>
occasions according my abilities, and will ever<lb/>
remain with true esteem.</p>

Dear Sir!

I have received your kind Letter, and forwarded
your writings to your noble and worthy son,
