<p>This was in answer to a Letter dated<lb/> March 30 1794 addressed to M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi> Nepean<lb/> stating the particulars of the repeated authority<lb/> given <add>me</add> first by M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi> Dundas &amp;<lb/>M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi> Nepean &#x2014; than by M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi> Pitt and M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi><lb/>Dundas to take my arrangements with<lb/>other particulars indicative of urgency<lb/> on that part. J.B. 27 Feb. 1798</p>
