§. Posology — its collateral uses
Of the Collateral uses of Posology

Ascribed commonly to
Posology or "collateral

1 To Posology has commonly been ascribed another
use. to which for distinction sake, may be given
the name of collateral uses
By the denomination of collateral uses may be designated all uses
other than and over those uses which consist in those
produced by the application which when made of it to it or
constitute in conjunction with it the branches of art and science
which are in view when speaking of mixt mathematics
Under the name of mixt mathematics commonly
to be understood branches of art and science in which application
is made of pure mathematics to any branch of physics
This being understood, the only use capable of being
understood and designated by the name of collateral uses, are
the uses which it is supposed to be put to or to be capable of being
put to by being applied to physics to morals, to the moral
branch of art and science in a word to morals including
as it is — not as it ought to be art and science of
legislation disability and disability governance — legislation — administration and judicature
