S.1. Simple Corporal Vexation
Enactive and Expositive
Act 1. Simple corporal vexation is where without
justificative cause (a), by physical force, (b) intimidation (c),
wrongfully applied remuneration (d.), or deceptious practice,(e)
or, in pursuit of some unlawful benefit(f) to the
wronger himself on any other person, or in sport, or
for gratification of ill will(g), one person causes or
contributes to cause to any another, bodily harm as is
designated by the denominations of any other offences
under this Code.
