Government would therefore be taking advantage of its own

The disappointments Mr B. has sustained in
the course of the business need no fresh addition. The
deduction of the £ 19,000 at the expence of his representatives
was a recent after thought on the part
of one Member of Administration, in breach of terms
standing in black & white and admitted to have been
acceded to by others Members of Administration two
years before. —
