that it shall or may be lawful to and for the said Commissioners and Arbitrators
and they are hereby authorized and impowered to decide and determine between
the said Parties and make their award orders and regulations of and concerning
the several matters hereinafter metioned (that is to say) as to the purchase
Money to be paid for all or any part of the of the said Lot A it shall or may
be lawful to and for the said Commissioners or arbitrators to settle ascertain
and adjust the manner of Proportions in which the same purchase money
or any part thereof shall be paid divided or applied to or between and for the
benefit of all or any one or two of the said three Parties interested in the
said Waste and also to order and direct that the said purchase Money
shall be applied in distinct Portions for the benefit of all or any one or two
of the said Parties and also to ascertain the Proportions in which the
same shall be applied and also to order and direct if they the said
Commissioners or Arbitrators shall see occasion that all or any part of the
said purchase money shall be laid out in the Purchase of Lands of
Inheritance to be vested in the said Dean and Chapter and their Successors
subject to a trust that the whole or a part or parts of such Lands
or Tenements shall be conveyed or leased or charged by way of rent
charge or otherwise by the said Dean and Chapter to or in favour of
any other or others of the said Parties and to direct the terms upon
which such Lands or Tenements shall be granted or Leased and also
to fix on the Stocks and Funds in which the said purchase Money
shall be invested in the mean time 'till the same shall be laid out
in the Purchase of Lands and Hereditaments and also to prescribe and regulate
