contained, and that the said person is as he avers upon the list of Superannuation Annuitants
belonging to the General Panopticon Penitentiary House I hereby transmitt
his said Petition to you accordingly, together with this my Certificate: requesting you to
remitt to me the amount of the payment or payments due upon the said Annuity as
therein mentioned; which, as soon as received, or so much thereof as shall have been received
by me, I hereby engage to pay either at once or if otherwise directed by you, by monthly
or weekly instalments, according to your directions in that behalf: being
