In this state of things
the change which
as national intellect
has ripened has
settled into radicalism
could not but
present itself as the
one thing needful:
the only change
which, short of pure
democracy, could
afford compleat,
permanent, or even
effectual relief.

In this state of things, and with this view of it, & that sort
of change which, the determination of as the produce culture of this part of the field of thought
and action has advanced towards maturity has rece settled
into that of radical reform meaning always parliamentary
reform, could not but present itself to their consideration eyes in
the character of the one thing needful — the only remedy change
which without a compleat change in the constitution
a change to a word from pure Monarchy to pure-democracy
could apply to abuse and misrule in these or any
other shapes any thing like compleat and permanent or indeed so
much as any effectual relief. remedy

Belfast in Armagh
County, of the towns.

Of the four provinces into which Ireland is divided
Ulster and therein town B the town of Belfast in the County of Armagh
Armagh had ever been all along the chief seat and as well as it had been the original
Source of public spirit that political virtue/probity and wisdom from in which
the changes happy effects in question had had their efficient cause:
and what Armagh was among the provinces, in Armagh
itself Belfast was in this particular respect among the towns.
