Vacancies
§§. 13
Vacancies among
Commissioners
supplied
Provided always and be it enacted
that at all times, and in particular in case of resignation, refusal to
act, or incapacitation, disability, or otherwise, on the part of
any one or more in of such Commissioners
or Arbitrators it shall and may be lawful
to and for the party or parties by whom
such Commissioner or Commissioners Arbitrator
or Arbitrators shall have hath or have
been appointed to revoke at any time such former
appointment or appointments and appoint
another Commissioner or other Commissioners
in the place of him or them whose appointment
or appointments shall thus have
been revoked, and so toties quoties: now but in
case of the death decease of any such Commissioner
or Commissioners Arbitrator or Arbitrators then
immediately upon notice of such decease given to the remaining surviving
Commissioners or Arbitrators the by on behalf of on for the part
of the party for whom such deceased Commissioner or
Arbitrator acted, such surviving Commissioners or Arbitrators shall
immediately adjourn for any length of time
desired in and by such notice, and not exceeding
a week, for the purpose of giving time for
the appointment of a new Commissioner
or Arbitrator in the room of the deceased - and
so toties quoties.
