Purchase money
And be it further enacted that [the purchase
money to be paid] for every piece of ground
in the state of Waste and Common Land
the so purchased as aforesaid the consideration purchase
money shall be apportioned and applied
in manner following; that is to say: one
15th part thereof to and to the use and here of the Lord of
the Manor whereof the same is parcel, [+] [+] in full consideration satisfaction
of for his interest in the
Soil thereof over and including
above the value of
any trees which
may happen to be
thereon growing thereon at
the time of such
purchase and
the other 14 15th parts for the benefit of
the Parish or other reliable Parish-like
place within which such Land is situated,
to be applied in case and exoneration of the Poor-Rates:
which said Lord's share shall the said share of such Lord in the said money to be disposed
of and laid out in the manner in that behalf
appointed by the said Act: and the said
share so to be allotted for the benefit of the
Parish or Place shall be laid out
in the purchase of other Lands Tenements or
Hereditaments or in the mean time or in lieu
