extend or be deemed or construed to extend to<lb/>
any Cottage or other Habitation standing in<lb/>
and upon any such Waste and Common<lb/>
Land as aforesaid or to any Land therewith<lb/>
occupied or enjoy'd or to any House<lb/>
employ'd by any Parish of Place for the lodging<lb/>
of any Poor <add>who are or are</add> <del>being chargeable or</del> liable to become<lb/>
chargeable to such Parish or Place.</p>

Provided always and be it enacted that
