Cottages &c in
Wastes not exempted

Provided always and be it enacted that
the abuse proviso in the said former Act contained whereby exempting
from the compulsive points therein created
Dwelling Houses and Pleasure Grounds shall
not extend or be deemed or construed to extend to any Cottage or other Habitation
standing in and upon any such Land
the slab of Waste and Common Land as
aforesaid or to any Lands Land therewith occupied
or enjoy'd.

Provided always and be it further enacted
and declared that the proviso in the said former Act
continued whereby Dwelling Houses together
wth Parks, Pleasure Ground and other their
appendages are exempted from the operation
of the powers of compulsion purchase therein
created in and by the said Act shall not de
extend or be deemed or construed to extend to
any Cottage or other Habitation standing in
and upon any such Waste and Common
Land as aforesaid or to any Land therewith
occupied or enjoy'd or to any House
employ'd by any Parish of Place for the lodging
of any Poor who are or are being chargeable or liable to become
chargeable to such Parish or Place.
