individual responsibility
afforded by the Act
25G.3.c.52 which takes
away from the Board
the allowing of Pleas for
alledged loss of Vouchers,
giving it to the Court of
Exchequer.

Exchequer Judges act
in public: Audit Comms
in secret p.1.

of this circumstance.
But for this the Audit
Board, would be much
the better judicatory.

Accountants epistolarily
or colloquially ad libitum
Exchequer Judges neither
way.

here in question, Exchqur
Judge wod determine
on no other than Affidt
evidence: the most
deceptions possible, being
the Oath. p.2.

cause may be seen thro'
the Act itself
Mischief — undue
allowance of Items to
favourites.

No mischief is ever
prevented.

Therefore mischief of
this sort had been exemplified.
