He is also required to state whether<lb/> he has received any assurances of the intention of the Lord<lb/> Commissioners of the Treasury, to carry the original plan<lb/> of erecting Penitentiary Houses into execution and to transmit<lb/> to this Office the originals or authenticated copies<lb/> of any Letters <add>or communication</add> he may have received from the Treasury<lb/> on the subject.</p> | |||
