<p>Art. 6. If in virtue of any such Contract<lb/>

sexes shall either not be kept under the same roof,<lb/>
or that at any rate they shall be kept in different<lb/>
divisions, and that in such manner that between division<lb/>
and division no forbidden intercourse shall at<lb/>

<p>Art. 7. In such Contract may be a clause authorising<lb/>
the Governor to employ the Prisoners for his own<lb/>
benefit: for which purpose he shall have the same powers<lb/>
over them as any Master has over any species of<lb/>
servant by Common Law.</p>

to be lodged in the<lb/>

<p>Art. 8. On the signing of every such Contract, a<lb/>
duplicate thereof shall also be signed and shall be<lb/>

the Crown in the Court of King's Bench, and shall be<lb/>
by him kept among the Records of his Office.</p>

each instance for Post-liberation Felonies as well as the<lb/>
mode of ascertaining and recovering the same in<lb/>

more generally and certainly known by all persons<lb/>
concerned in interest to be informed thereof Be<lb/>
it enacted that the sums so to be paid on the<lb/>
