Paper B
Among the difficulties which in the course of this
business I have had to struggle with, the chief
and in a manner the all comprehensive one, has been the
experienced impossibility of obtaining, that as on any
of its shapes, occasion the information which, for the guidance
of my conduct, as well as for my expectations in
regard to my destiny I found myself continually
standing in need: information I mean concerning
that will to which I was to my endeavour to as I was labouring to conform
conform myself and concerning those principles
and rules of practice by which I was to be tried.
It is under the pressure of this difficulty that and under
the spur of this necessity that, in a separate paper
and under an appropriate head, I have taken
the liberty of resubmitting in an enlarged state
an sep a designation statement of the information of which
I continue to stand in need. It is contained in the
paper marked B: and intituled Queries submitted
